SELP/ILP Leadership Framework

1. Integrity in Action

Honoring your word as who you are — complete alignment between commitments and actions.

2. Authenticity in Communication

Speaking and listening from your genuine self — no filters, no performance.

3. Responsibility for Results

Owning the outcomes you produce rather than blaming circumstances.

4. Possibility Thinking

Living from a future that is not limited by the past — inventing new possibilities.

5. Contribution to Others

Operating from “How can I contribute?” — creating value for the world.

The ILP elevates these principles into advanced leadership mastery: enrolling others powerfully, coaching for breakthroughs, and generating sustainable, scalable results at scale.
